1. Soft drinks make your period generated more

There is nothing related with menstruation and soft drinks. Menstruation influenced by your hormone, and your hormone is generally influenced by your psychological condition.

2. Don’t drink cold water during period

Water will not affect anything to your menstruation process. As long as you are all right with yourself drinking cold water, then you are free to have glasses. There’s nothing wrong with drinking cold water, but drinking warm water will make you more relaxed, thereby reducing pain.

3. Wearing pads during period cause infertility

This is wrong. Pads are made to help women on her cleanliness during period. What you have to be concern on pads is to change it gradually. Wearing a full pad in a long time will cause a disease to you, especially to your femininity area. Change the pads ideally once in 4 hours.

4. Better not swimming while having period

This is not true. You should not swim, not because you are on your period, but if your stomach feels cramp. If you are choosing to swim during your period, do not forget to wear a pad.

5. Alcohol for killer pain

This is of course a totally wrong statement. Alcohol will only make your pain more severe. Beside it is not good for your health. A woman needs a healthy body because they had responsibility to have a baby. Alcohol will also affect to the reproduction system and the cycle of your menstruation. You are also able to have early menopause. That is of course not normal.

6. Rare menstruation indicates infertile

Like mentioned above, women have different menstrual cycles. As long as you have your menstruation that means the ovum is still removed by the ovaries. That is normal no matter how.

7. Menstruation makes you weak

Actually, that is psychological. Menstrual blood approximately comes out around 150 ml, and physically it won’t make you weak.
